About the Role

Position: Dress Designer – Part of the Wedding Dress Manufacturing Department, this role is vital in crafting elegant bridal gown designs, ensuring service excellence and customer satisfaction. If you have at least 1 year of experience in bridal gown design, a deep understanding of wedding fashion, and the ability to stay ahead of current trends, WEDDINGBOOK is looking for you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand and analyze design requirements from the Dress Production Director to align with the design direction and ensure that each design meets customer expectations.

• Manage and oversee the entire bridal gown design process—from sketching concepts and detailed drawing, selecting materials, supervising production, to resolving any issues—ensuring continuity and high quality at every stage.

• Collaborate closely with Dress Maker team members such as Pattern Makers, Sewers, Cutters, and QA to ensure the design vision is accurately executed and aligns with technical specifications.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Fashion Design or related fields.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in bridal or high-end fashion design.

• Proactive, fast-paced, and able to handle multiple tasks.

• Strong time and quality management skills; able to deliver high-quality designs on schedule.

• Good English communication skills.

• Preference given to candidates with experience in fashion startups or boutique brands.
